The creator of this pavilion was the Argentinian architact Martin S. Noel, who also made the Argentinian Republic Embassy in Lima (Peru). The pavilion has a Hispanish-American Neo-Baroque style based in architectonic Sevillian, Peruan and Argentinian elements. For a long time it was the see of the Murillo High School and it's still known with this name. Nowadays the Dance School is placed here.
